Happy Birthday Jen


Happy Birthday Jen    
As you all know Jen is now about 8 months pregnant with her second child and only stopped training a few weeks ago. So It's only fare to celebrate this occasion by all of us carrying a little extra weight.

Warm up - Sand bag or Med Ball ( 10kg ) carry 400m Run

Strength - Weighted pull ups

Find your 1 Rep Max

WOD - 3 Rounds for time

10 Pull ups

15 Jumping lunges ( Each Leg )

20 Push ups

100m Farmer walk Jerry cans

If you can do it in a 10kg vest
