WOD- Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes do

3 pull ups
6 push ups
9 squats

Max double unders in time remaining total double unders is your score

  1. 1st subscription WOD. Loved it. I suck at DU's so good training. Total 79. Will do this again in a months time and hit 100.
