Only 2 weeks till the NeverQuit 1st B'day comp. For all of you Crossfitters that have been checking our blog to see what we have been programing in our WOD's to try to get an insight into what we might have install for you come comp day. Here is a list of stuff that you should not be training for
- Bicep curls for time
- 1 rm seated leg press
- Running on treadmill for 20 minutes while talking on your i phone
- Zumba classes
- Riding a stationary bike while reading a trashy magazine
