Kettle bells and bench press


7x3 Bench press with bands & chains ( Speed Training )

3 rounds for time: 24/16kg for all movments

10 Snatch right hand
10 Swings
10 clean & Jerks left hand
10 Swings
10 Snatch left hand
10 swings
10 Clean & Jerks right hand

1 Turkish get up each side every time you put the kettlebell down
