Push Lunge Jump

FOR TIME:

50 push ups
50 lunges
25 double unders
40 push ups
40 lunges
20 double unders
30 push ups
30 lunges
15 double unders
20 push ups
20 lunges
10 double unders
10 push ups
10 lunges
5 double unders

    By the looks of today's WOD, there'll be a few more sweat angels made today!

  2. Due to this damned bursitis can't do push-ups, so was given high box jumps as a substitute... not happy with that, was I Beau / Bass? Too much leg & cardio for one WOD (especially when I stupidly did double amount of double unders!!!)

    Exhausted and barely able to walk - agreed to end after 3rd round (Bass's suggestion) FIRST time ever, I have not finished a WOD! Bit depressing!
