50 air squats
40 push ups
30 k2e
20 squat cleans 60/40
10 HSPU
50 sit ups
40 burpee
30 ring dips
20 pull ups
10 thrusters 60/40
There will be only one class tommorrow at 8am for those of you who just can't get enough
