  1. SDHP with 32kg Kettlebell instead of hand stand push ups due to inflamed bursa in right elbow :o(

    7 full rounds + SDHP

    If I could get those bloody double unders, I could have done a lot better on this WOD! VERY frustrating, indeed!!!
