AMRAP 21min

Pick a card off the deck perform the workout
Then run 100m pick the next card AMRAP 21min.

Harts-Pullups
Spades- Med ball cleans
Dimonds- Kettlebell swings
Clubs - burpees
Joker- Box jumps

  2. don't know what i did exactly - but Bradly estimated over 70 medicine ball cleans, ffs.
    20 pull-ups (pink elastic)
    11 burpees,
    23 KBS (16kg)
    Plus, drew the joker, so 25 box jumps - yippee!
    Ran about 2km!
