  2. Hey Shaz - I've been nursing my injuries, like a big wuss (but a sensible wuss!).

    Came in tonight, and did skills... snatch, clean & jerks, kettlebells etc - PVC pipe for bar work and only 8kg KB (wish it was that easy all the time!)

    Will be doing Saturday 8am - will I see you?

    Not only could I touch my toes today, but I had my palms flat on the floor! Yay!!! It's been almost 2 weeks. I was beginning to worry I'd never be able to again!
